Next.js 14 on App Router, deployed on a VPS we manage (not Vercel, unless you want to). Server components, edge-cached, Core Web Vitals green on real Kenyan 3G. Marketing sites, SaaS dashboards, customer portals — the things most agencies skip the engineering on.
Flutter for both stores. One codebase, native modules only where the platform actually demands it (deep-link interceptors, biometric storage, USSD bridges). We submit to Play Store and App Store ourselves, including the back-and-forth with Apple review.
CI/CD on GitHub Actions, zero-downtime rollouts, observability that pages a human when something is on fire. Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS — we pick the cheapest stack that still meets your uptime requirement. Backups tested by automated restore, not assumed.
The plumbing most agencies skip: server-side analytics, structured-data schema, Core Web Vitals work, and SEO that survives an algorithm update because it's built on actual content depth, not keyword spam. We don't manage your ad spend — we make sure your site converts the visits you already paid for.
The word agency usually means a sales team, a project manager, a Slack channel, and somebody else's developer in Lagos. We removed those layers. When you hire Felix Tech, you talk to the engineer who will type the code.
